Mr. Kittrell is an associate at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson. His practice focuses on civil litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Kittrell is an experienced trial attorney and has conducted numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations involving complex civil and criminal issues. Mr. Kittrell has extensive experience in the courtroom representing clients charged with both misdemeanor and felony level crimes. His skills and knowledge regarding criminal procedure were recognized by his peers when he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2005. Mr. Kittrell is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Utah. He was selected for inclusion in 2009 and 2010 Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
