Mr. Morris is a shareholder of Richards Brandt Miller Nelson whose practice focuses on insurance litigation, business litigation and transportation law. He has successfully litigated multiple jury trials and has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation. Mr. Morris was selected for inclusion in 2009 Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.  Representative clients include Allstate Insurance, Utah Transit Authority, EMC Insurance Company, Occidental-Wilshire Insurance, and Harco National. While attending BYU, he was captain of the 3-time national champion BYU Men's Soccer Team and was named Collegiate Club All American in 1996, 1997, and 1998. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2002, Mr. Morris won the UALR Moot Court Competition in 2000 and was a semi-finalist at the Region Nine National Moot Court Competition in 2001.
